When i saw the first seen and heard the first line,i simply growned and said to myself,"Oh no,not another give-my-son-a-child story,for crying out loud!",but "to God be the glory",it did not turn out that way to a large extent.
This flick is a very sensitive and emotional movie that will appeal to all the ladies in the house.Just one part and with excellent and relevant dialogues.
The acting performance was on point too,throughout.
This movie employs the random plotting technique ala the yoruba movies ALE ARIWO and AGBEKE,so the YMG fans who have seen those two movies will be familiar to this style of storytelling,and i will have to say that it was well done.One does not have that feeling of utter confusion,even though the plot did not run in normal linear fashion.Also,this is the first EMG movie that i have seen using this kind of storytelling technique.
One of the few naija movies that have a nice ending.
