RMD is married to Stella. They are in a failing marriage but Stella refuses to give RMD a divorce because she wants the benefit of his money.
She is aware of his affair with Genny and only warns her off not because she loves him but so there is more money for her!
The ending is kind of sad, but I guess that is real life fo you!
