The issue is not modesty for Hollywood. Its about sales. If you put too much skin or explicit words, you sure getting a R. In which not many age will go and see. Thats why you see movie like Shrek making 100mill in a week, because its for all ages. I'm sure if Harry Potter start showing skins too much now and it get an R. That might be the last time the franchise will pull the box office.
Btw, I still believe Hollywood is better. I'm in late 20's and I was made to show ID before I can see "Alexander" in theater last years. How many people asking for ID before buying a VCD, in Naija, despite all their 18 with cutlass.
