You ordered a product. You did not get it. ASk for a refund. You know the procedure. I don't see why there should be an issue.

It will be exactly one year in about one month or so that i paid for my DVD and yet no 30 Days DVD!  I will start taking steps to get a refund starting this coming weekend.

na serious wa....30 days....now 30 weeks and eventually running into 30 months...God will keep us alive to watch it sha...lol
