I just scanned through the replies here, and aI see peeps are getting angry over words being used.

In the religious forum of this website, there are more threads opened on Christianity, more things negative and absurd and lots of 'NASTY' things has been said about Christianity.

I really dont wonder about Osama Bin Laden and what other muslims claim is his warped interpretation of the Koran. Cos, same thing is happening on this thread. Peeps getting angry over beliefs and stuff liek that. Where then is the religious tolerance? Why must I be scared of saying things or asking questiosn so as not to step on toes? SOme fo you are in school, dont you have professors that are proclaimed atheist saying nasty things about your religions? Did you drop out of school?

* Why has itr been OK for us to accuse pastors of doing RITUALS and claiming people are being HEALED MIRACULOUSLY?

* WHy has been OK to say Rev fathers and Sisters have sex under the white robes?

* Why has it been OK to accuse Christians of doing RITUALS (burning candles etc to pray)

* There are a whole lot of WHY questions here, but I wont even bother to ask them. Because words like IGNORANCE would or may be used against me!

But I am happy I am not ignorant. I am happy I grew up amongst the Muslims.
And I am happy that like a tolerant person, I and some people on this thread have simply asked a question to what we dotn understand.

I can bet my penny-with-a-hole that if it was Christians going to Jerusalem and flogging a tree in the name of flogging the devil, some people on this same thread would make fun of it!

Given that we all knowledgable people, (if I may say so), it is puzzling that a structure can be termed "THE DEVIL" and it is supposed to signify the devil, so, stoning it would do what again.......?.. (cos I have not seen any answer here yet from our learned Muslim friends here)

Honestly, we all can claim to be friends here and so-called educated and enlightened and tolerant, but its just wasted if we all cannot ask each other deep questiosn of what we believe in without any fear of upsetting the next person. Because 9 out of 10 times, we were all born into the religion we presently practise. And only a confused or almost-to-be-converted person would say anything negative about their religion!

But dang!!! Let's be friendly and educated enough for me to ask any muslim here any question about any misconception or fable/fallacy I heard without having derogatory adjectives assigned to me!! And for crying out loud, I AM EVER WILLING TO ANSWER ANY 'IGNORANT OR STUPID' question about CHristianity! The one I cant answer, I ask people that know more than me and then answer you!!! I am that confident in my belief!!

Someone tells or asks me now if my Darling, wonderful, son os God, Saviour of the World Jesus Christ was having homosexual relationship with his disciples, I guess from the way we react on this forum when it comes to religion, I should shoot the person down with an .AK47!!! But that crap is going around on the Internet and among atheist and others.

I am done here. I expected better tolerance on this forum from people than I received as a young teenager on the streets of Kano State, with my airfare in my school uniform, ready and alert to ruch to Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport to get the quickest flight out if the muslims started a religious riot to once again kill us - (the southerners and worse still, an Igbo person)!!!
