I cannot thank the Kenyan minister enough for refusing this outrageous aid. How can they send the dog food powder or what ever they call it to Kenya? These New Zealanders have no respect for the people of Kenya. Sometimes, these White people insult Africans. Stupid New Zealanders. The Kenyans don't need their dog food. Let them give it to the children in New Zealand.
