Folks,Nkem owoh was not arrested.The police had a well planned routine check and asked EVERYBODY present in that hall to show their papers.Ossuoffia was there and showed his passport which the police would naturally cross-check to verify the authenticity of;the passport and visa since he does not reside in the Neatherlands.When the police was convinced that the bearer and passport was genuine,they let him go.
