No not that one, I'm not aware of the Ghanian woman's case, I read about a Nigerian woman with 3 kids (I think back in the summer 2007 or thereabout) whose visa had run out and was left to die without a major operation. It was stated that she came to the UK to join her husband and she went into labour and gave birth. She was later ill and following treatment, they needed to perfom on her (due to her visa running out) but because she was illegal at the time they could not help her. It was in the metro infact with the woman's picture on the front page I think.
