Forsyth county GA (off off 400 North in atlanta) was known as the most racist and redneck county in the whole of the south up (they were even on Oprah in the mid 90s to show their racist pride). Today you will not believe how many professional blacks are moving there cos of their low taxes, good schools and nice developed areas. Nice scenerary.

ps: someone told me one of the reasons, places like Ga dont encourage public transportations like trains or buses (like europe/japan) to go out in the surburbs is becos they think once they have that type of facilities going to the outskirts and surburbia's the blacks will come there knowing they dont need a car to live there.
