Forsyth county GA (off off 400 North in atlanta) was known as the most racist and redneck county in the whole of the south up (they were even on Oprah in the mid 90s to show their racist pride). Today you will not believe how many professional blacks are moving there cos of their low taxes, good schools and nice developed areas. Nice scenerary.

ps: someone told me one of the reasons, places like Ga dont encourage public transportations like trains or buses (like europe/japan) to go out in the surburbs is becos they think once they have that type of facilities going to the outskirts and surburbia's the blacks will come there knowing they dont need a car to live there. Those guys are just lazy to get things done thats what it is. GA is so laid back and seem sluggish..
Anyhoo, the last thing I wanna do again is live in any black neighborhood. Thats why leaving inside D.C will be no no for me, especially the Eastern side.. you see creeps and roughnecks roaming the street all the time.. Not to mention all these skinny pants bois with handbags under their shoulders
