living in Gwinnet i know none of the places mentioned above is predominantly black. I think sidney and i were trying to figure out predominant black safe, quiet, affluent countys or neighborhoods in the country.
"Camp Creek" area of GA (which many ppl i know bought at very cheap prices ($140K+) for investment and rented it out to section 8) around 2004 was once safe, nice crispy neat new homes/manicured lawns, quiet, and predominantly black, - but not now. Unless you consider neighbors playing loud music and chaining their bull dogs in the front yard nice quiet and safe. Property value, went way down, and many homes in camp creek are being foreclosed.
