This "apology" is a bs one, its like saying "I'm sorry, and mumbling "f**k you" under your breath at the same time. They shouldn't have bothered at all. They are truly insulting the intelligence of Nigerians... the message by using a Nigerian, to apologize to nigerians is NOT lost on me. BA has this very arrogant sense of entitlement, when it comes to the whole West African region. I wish this incident would spur the Nigerian government, to do the same thing Norman Manley did in Jamaica, when Pan Am was displaying the same kind of bitchassness...deny them (BA) flying rights, and make your own national airline, a reliable one, so that your people will patronise it.
