Granted, the conduct of some Nigerians could be trying at times, but shouldn't that be where customer service comes into play? The ability to (or try to at least) soothe your customer's (hurt) feelings.
And no two persons should be treated the same at any given time, I don't particularly think it fair nor right to lump people into one general category. There's so much animosity going around anyways, but surely we could still choose to see the good in others, even if it's just one person.
It wasn't really very nice of BA- if you look deep enough, perhaps you'd see it.

Eee, it was indeed an outburst but the truth hurts ehh?...Africans, time to wake up and stop with the pointing fingers....when WE as human beings start respecting ourselves, then others too shall respect us. Just the other day at Dullas airport in VA, a lady from one of the European countries was acting up and they put her in place...it was sad to watch but when you mess with aviation, respect is no longer an issue...they do what they have to do...it is as simple as that. I cannot see how a person behaving well will be treated badly by the immigration folks...lets think about it...seriously! If you make a fuss, you get what you asked for. Simple. Maybe, it is time we also started raising our voices to the other Africans who are making matters worse for all of us....it is annoying to say the least. I have worked as a customer service representative in the past and when a customer starts to disrespect, you have every right to hang up on him or her...not rudely of course...and this has nothing to do with race.
