Granted, the conduct of some Nigerians could be trying at times, but shouldn't that be where customer service comes into play? The ability to (or try to at least) soothe your customer's (hurt) feelings.
And no two persons should be treated the same at any given time, I don't particularly think it fair nor right to lump people into one general category. There's so much animosity going around anyways, but surely we could still choose to see the good in others, even if it's just one person.
It wasn't really very nice of BA- if you look deep enough, perhaps you'd see it.
