If it was citizens that this happens to, and it had gotten to the attention of The US aviation secretary/minister and the US president, etc etc if BA were to apologise, who do you suppose will make the apology? A manager based in washington? Or the BA's director?

Please let's have some self-worth, BA's attitude/approach to this whole incidence so far, stinks and is at best very condescending.
As usual olaA has to go there...who finds what cool? where you on the plane and did you witness how the remaining passengers also behaved? If there was a shouting march going on, knowing the oyibo man, he will comot all to satisfy the remaining passengers...not fair but.......some of our people are to be blamed too...and that is what some of us are also pointing out...no one in their right minds finds this cool....how can this happen to citzens on the BA plane? However, I have seen numerous times citzens here in the US regardless of the race, being slammed on the ground and arrested at stadiums and other places when they are misbehaving...abeg, direct the self-worth nonsense to those misbehaving...!
