I flew BA from Heathrow to Lagos a couple of years ago. BA staff's behavior was quite condescending to all passengers. You could see hostesses rolling their eyes upward and sighing whenever some passengers dared to ask for extra things like blankets etc.

On my return back here, they misplaced my luggage and I had to go to Heathrow a couple of times before my luggage was eventually found. And as I live outside London, the journeys to and from Heathrow weren't exactly leisurely 10 mins drive either.

Oh, I made a formal complaint; not just about the luggage, but also about their negative mannerisms and unprofressional conducts toward me and other passengers and I got a letter of apology and some compensation.

I've never flown BA since and never will again until they sort themselves and their attitude out BIG TIME. Why should I spend my well earned pounds on an organisation that don't respect me and my people. Good for that man that successfully sued them. We shouldn't take nonsense from any organisation that treats us with disrespect.

And its not a matter of 'oh we Nigerians too should respect ourselves etc.' I respect myself and conduct myself accordingly and therefore demand and deserve absolutely nothing less!
