I have seen the designs myself, and nowhere did i say/agree that they were original, or that they have a WOW factor!

If you know me, you will know that i only try to celebrate, encourage and promote a good cause. These 2 ladies, Genny Nnaji and Olamide(ICONOLA) are both newbies in the fashion designing scene. This is only the first of St. Genevieve, and i do pray its not the last. Rome was not built in one day and little drops of water na im dey make a mighty ocean, no be so?

Life is all about taking risks sometimes and launching into the deep to do one thing or the other. We all at some point have to come out of our comfort zones and dare to do something different, especially if its our passion(that is what i am learning in my own personal life right now).

Please lets exercise some patience and encourage them on their way to becoming better. All the people we are comparing them with, have been in this business for years-dem no start yesterday o, remember?

Abi no be this NR we dey when we watched "Sura de tailor" evolve into "Estella Couture"? Right in our very eyes, sisterfriend don dey do big things, from starting small by small........na like this she start too o.

Ehen, so the point of my rant be this-Yes, criticise if you must (constructive criticism are always necessary), but please lets not pull them down or discourage them in any form or shape. Please, i dey take God beg una. If you encourage others, you will be encouraged at your own point of needing it too.

These are only days of little beginnings for St. Genevieve, people, lets not despise it.
