Sidney take it easy... you turning the whole thing into an insult just because someone has a different view oppose to your equal right qualifications... You don't have to be this condescending to make your point. Yes we know it, you are smart and your logical reasoning is at the highest peak but try to use same logical reason to find a reasonable tone to address other people without degrading them.
Hide your race or not... comparing race with sexual orientation or not... The point is, its a worthless argument to try and discredit their reason to get married. They want to get married let them go ahead, as long as they keep their affection inside their house.
Maybe you got some internalized homophobic, that I don't know. But it let be.
This is not the first gay marriage announcement anyway... Vermont, Massachusetts and some other States were already granting the gay marriage.
