You mean, after all these while, the yankee & naija immigration still haven't sorted this crap out. This is a national disgrace to both countries. This story just reminds me of that movie with Tom Hanks and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Where Tom was trapped in a yankee airport and they wouldn't allow him to leave, neither could they deport him back to his country(forgot the title now).
