I think that it would be wrong for Onyema to assume office eventhough Orji is likely to be dismissed based on the technicalities you mentioned.However,PDP would want to use the oppurtunity to grab another south Eastern state to make it 3 from 5.The Ogbulafor quarrel with Orji not withstanding,Abuja would move to Umuahia till it is achieved.It would only take mounting pressure on Orji Kalu using EFCC,to distract his attention.
