I am deciding between these 3 today

-Banku and okro stew with snails, crabs, meat and mackerel in the stew
- Goat meat Jollof Rice (very spicy)
- Omutuo (rice balls) with Abenkwan (palm nut soup) or chicken soup
- Grilled Tilapia (lots of ginger in it) with hot pepper and Banku

Currently I am grilling meat "Khebabs (chinchinga") with bell peppers and onions on the stick - all smeared in suya pepper to give it the spicy taste. As well as ginger/pepper spiced fried ripe plantain (kelewele). This is for my guest coming to my house warming this afternoon. Ofcourse my guest is going to quench all this down with some cold beer, cos today atlanta,ga is humid as hell.
