it's almost the same way you make your soup
boil your meat stock and other orishirishi you wanna use
then put the meat stock water in another pot
add palm oil to ......the boiling meat stock warra
add your achi .. depending on the number of people eating the soup
you can add one cooking spoon or one and half cooking spoon of achi
For me i also add egusi to thicken it .....
grind you pepper (red/yellow.)... onions and ... crayfish ....add it to the soup pot
add your already boiled meat , into the soup
add maggi ... allow to boil
then add your leaf ......depending on what u wanna use ..you can use spinach
I prefer okazi leaf .... so when i use okazi ....i ..leave it for a while to boil ... because ......it is sometimes hard ....
