Hi gang. It's finally ready for a 'beta' test drive. My project for the last two months is near completion pending feedback. As some may know, I have a small upscale resale boutique here in South Florida and I'm taking it online as well.
My aim is to get repeat customers, collectors of fine items (ladies' pieces), and of course, attract others who want to sell their fine items.
There are many sights that are geared towards selling luxury items, though I have some of that on the site, I want to tap the middle market, high end, but not luxury.
Also, if there is anyone here that is in the field of internet marketing that can give me some pointers, or even help out, please holla!!
Again, please honest feedback, I will not be offended, I want it to be functional, it's not a wow me website for now, just functional.

Well...are the Chanel and Louis Vuitton bags brand new? Why i ask is the Suhali bag retails normally for $4500 and up (though discontinued now)...so why is it so low?

I will personally prefer a more catchy website. It looks quit bland.
In shipping and returns your consignment procedures link is broken.
Since you do not have any reviews and these are top of the brand products. Maybe you can link the product to another site, like Amazon reviews etc, and then have a separate link for customer reviews on your services (Which is different from product they bought. if you shipped fast and was offered good customer service is different from a products quality which isnt within your control). You can apply the same for the reviews!
Thirdly, I think your customers need to see value in buying from you..so you have to either sell yourself by providing the cost (like how much its going in other stores, like how Walmart do their. I know you are more upscale but people need to know that they are getting value for their money).
a Facebook group and link to like would also add more to it. I have a nigerian friend who opened a shop and by having FB likes, she admits it has improved her business alot.

Thanks, and to answer your question, it's resale, meaning consignment, hence, these are gently loved pieces, some new with tags, but mostly, gently loved upscale and luxury items.

Awesome, this is what I need. I will check on the link and I will add the 'retail' value of the items. OK, I'll see what I can do on the look and feel of the website. as for the amazon idea, great idea, however, I will be calling you on that cause I have no idea how to do that. LOL I do have a fanpage, I will add that to it as well, need to call the company so that they can put the icons on there. I want to link my twitter, google plus, and FB. Thanks. I dont know how to do the review thing, but I am an online store junkie, so i have that done in a few stores. some ebay sellers do that with their products too..
