The list is endless. While having a telephone conversation with my mother few months ago, a friend overheard me use the term 'utu ohu'... I actually said:
"...omekata were utu ohu ya ahu ha ka enuigwe n'ana dakwasi nwoke ofeke ahu, onyuo nsi oku..."
My friend said he couldn't believe I was using the most vulgar words while speaking to my mother...little did he know that 'utu ohu' in my home town simply means 'buttocks'.
