How can Kevin Federline have gotten SOLE custody of those boys? I'm not "hating" but, is he really that much a better parent than Brittney???

The best decision she's made since last year. It might be best for the kids to stay where they've been for all this while and stick to the routine that have been established at least until Britney takes better control of her life. She can use the time to also show the judge that she's making progress.

K-Fed might not be the best Dad in the world but he's done a whole lot better than the mother of those children to clean up his act and appear responsible.

Unbelievable. This is sad. Honestly in my opinion, she should consider herself a failure. How can you just "change your mind" about being a mother. This is a new low even for this woman. You just do not return children. They are not gucci shoes or prada purses for Christ's sake.

Most of us wake up every morning. Get the kids ready, get ourselves ready, make sure clothes are ironed, plan for dinner. Drop kids of at day care, go to work and deal with all kinds of crap, come home then chase the kids around while trying to keep your sanity and most days get only 5 hours of sleep. But you still do what you need to do to keep the family going. This woman has no excuse. She can hire a nanny, a chef, a housekeeper. Even if it means just giving those boys a smile everyday. That is still something. She did not even say joint custody. She should be ashamed of herself.

kids need structure, and with brittney, they won't get any.
now i would fight tooth and bloody nail to keep my kid, or even get joint legal and physical custory. no way will i let any man take my kid. lai lai.

but i don't think she is in the right frame of mind to be a mother to those boys right now, with her the structure they need might not be there. i know how my kid reacts when we deviate from our regular schedule.

you're right, kids are not like purses or dogs or shoes you can take back when you dont want them anymore, she should have at least agreed to a JOINT custody, unless she's willing to revisit the terms of the custody when she has herself together.

i wish all of them luck, but especially those two little boys.

I calmed down but still feel the same. I guess it is the fact that she did not ask for even joint custody. Even if she is stark raving mad and she is in no way mentally ready to raise the kids by herself she can enlist the help of family eg her mom and dad and between them and hired help it would have been okay. Why am I even taking panadol for her headache. It is the kids that I feel sorry for. It is not that their mother died it is just that in her opinion they complicate her life. How sad.
