Its all so funny to me sha. Last week when the news broke, everybody was going on and on about how lucky she was, and oohing about her knight in shining armour, etc, etc.

Like someone said, all that glitters is not gold.

We dunno if either story is true sha - about the engagement, and about his criminal activity. So make we dey siddon look.

about a month ago my younger sister who is a lawyer was telling me that mercy was in town in ghana with her boyfriend who was having a case in the courts. actually we were conversing about mercy and how she can really act, and my sister said people were really looking at her at the court because she was looking sexy and in a nice outfit and was polite too.

if this story is true i will be very sorry for her because i was really happy for her especially considering the interview about her childhood and growing up in poverty.

Ehen, they won't rest until they see it doesn't work for her...I am sure that is why she is denying it!! Enemies of progress ngwa make una start una job...jobless people!!!!!!!

it was such a romantic story though.
but you're right, we don't know the whole story or whether its true or not about the engagement and his criminal activity.

...its time to wake up ,my dear...perhaps it was her denial that intrigued the journalists the more ...no need to get misty-eyed for no cause,ibrahim emmanuel dumuje can be googled...also check san juan's sheriff's publication on line posted 12/9/2005 titled "kirtland man arrested for fraud"...

...journalists are always easy targets for such attacks when things go wrong isn't it?...the truth is that peoples emotions are being whacked... both friends and foes...no one should start pointing accusing fingers at this stage...as someone said lets study facts being presented and not get unnecessarily emotional at this stage...like ibori did ,mercy's fiance might come out tomorrow saying that the papers are referring to another dumuje...but until then we can only muse on the facts before us especially when they are available online and through channels television!...
