WASHINGTON - The White House on Friday criticized former Education Secretary William Bennett for remarks linking the crime rate and the abortion of black babies.
“The president believes the comments were not appropriate,” White House press secretary Scott McClellan said.

There was no major outburst over that by the AFAM community because of the simple fact of that... it wasn't worth much of our time. We got bigger fish to fry than that fat nobody from nowhere. We only go hard after those who really matter, like Trent Lott; the once Senate majority leader... who made a slight slip of the tongue, in regards to his feeling about AFAM, and within just a weeks time or so... we had his redneck mass dumped from his position. Yet only after we rejoiced in watching him beg and plead... like a lil girl, on BET, for our forgiveness.
