As for Hilary. I have said it. The moment she declares, I immediately volunteer for her campaign! Immediately!

@highlighted. You're absolutely right.

Abeg o. I'm not gender biased. I don't want to get in trouble with the beautiful NR women.

Hey, we could get both in one shot with an election victory of let's say Condi Rice or Oprah in 2012.

Nigeria and other African nations don't necessarily need a female president to get things cracking on that continent IMO, but I do strongly believe that it's critical that they do work harder toward improving the level of representation in which women have in their governments. A nation is like a house, and as we all know... a house in which is managed or parented by both a strong male and female representation is usually always best for those in whom are raised in that home. So I heard, anyway...

Bhuto of Pakistan was a woman and up to this day, the people of Pakistan regret making her their leader.
Another woman leader was the former Turkish Prime Minister Tansu Chiller. She was a terrible PM and the Turkish public were glad to see the bck of her. Personally, I'm not gender biased, but I don't think the women that have become leaders of various countries were successful.
Hummm, interesting. In the same way that alot of the Democratic ways of the non-African nations haven't really worked all that well for alot of African Nations, thus leading to the current state of the continent.... some of the situations in which turned out to be disastrous for many non-African nations may prove to be positive historically revolutionary actions/methods for the African nations.

African Kingdoms have a very long history of being successfully ruled over, and in some cases, even foundered by African women. Here in the US, Black-American women have been critical leaders of various organizations and or events in which gave birth to and success of... the now infamous Civil Rights movement.

Hell, Bush is a C average idiot; Condi Rice is his brain when it come to making any decisions in which take any sort of professional know-how, like whether or not he could afford to give his super wealthy buddies a tax cut without the economy collapsing, or if the funds and peoples backing of him is enough to allow him to play god once again so he can go on another bombing spree before he heads out of office (Iran seems to be looking real tasty to him right about now), or if he has enough time to drink down a few Jack Danial shots, before giving his public announcements, a job in which I Condi is failing miserably at... in consideration of that Bushy always appears to be dazed and confused, flushed in the face and fumbally in speech in his attempts to give a coherent announcement to the people.

Yeah!! I can honestly say that you aren't gonna find many better picks than those two these days. This nation has run dry of it's president worthy crop of citizens a few decades ago. Clinton and Powell were pretty much the last couple of drops in the bucket, so to say.
