Ribadu On Ben Tv
Ribadu was on Ben TV (Monday) for an hour plus...... As I watched him I kept wondering if this man is a SAINT. You could see through him that he abhors corruption so much, believes in the Nigerian dream and shy away from the non stop encomium peeps were heaping on him. He instead was happy about the one guy that called and criticized him about being selective.. He took his time to explain the truth and myths surrounding EFCC... also begging for patience that his organization is about 3yrs old with just a thousand members... (for 150million peeps??)And they have achieved more success than any other group or organization fighting crime in the history of Nigeria. He talked about Marwa.. I was really shocked that the man actually took Abacha's $12million.... He also explained the paper going round the internet (of names of the most corrupt African leaders) He said the paper is a fraud because it is impossible for the world bank to actually release such a list, again he is in touch with the world bank. He made it clear that this present administration would not hand over to any corrupt person and that is the reason for the political crises going on at the moment. After watching the interview, you will have a sense of pride and peace and for the first time. You will have the deep feeling that our country is finally heading towards the right direction and in the next 7-10yrs the old way of doing things would be gone and Nigeria would be like any other country where corruption is not the order of the day. I will put this on DVD/VCD sometime later and send to some people, because it is something everybody should see, because it would definitely give hope to those that has lost hope and finally given up on Nigeria. God bless RIBADU!!
PS: You would be shocked and surprised to see that the man looks so young, very soft spoken… rather shy and very humble…. He is the embodiment of humility.

There are many people in the administration today doing a lot of good. I would like to believe in Ribadu's work, ideal, and goals but I know it's not that easy and it's gonna be A LOT of hard work. About 2007, i've been hearing a lot of stories and you'll be surprised how many factions are gearing up to destroy peace and stability in the government of nigeria. Just today, I had this big argument with my cousin and his friends who are both pro-IBB guys. They were talking about networking, and meetings et. al. I had to disrupt the whole conversation say, "IBB for what?" just started yelling properly about the whole place untill they couldn't finish the business they were talking about. I ask them why they want IBB they say so that they'll be able to chop properly which translates to corruption will be rampant. So many people are against good change in Nigeria, everyone's afraid of not being able to be corrupt anymore. It's a real real real problem and i'm now seeing that we need MORE than one Ribadu, everyone that believes in this Nigeria should try and fight against corruption.

Funmi.. That is the problem we face. A lot of people who can only operate when there is chaos and anarchy are fighting this change. All those people who faked there way through universities and cannot even write their names. If we were to have law and order in Nigeria, there will be a lot of house husbands because many people are too lazy to work without cheating.

Hmmn, I missed this. I hope he actually survives this period because I'm sure those devils who don't want to see change will soon be on his case like they did Dora Akunyili et al.

That's disgraceful, barbaric thinking!! But, those in whom truly believe in the nation should take resolution in the fact of that nearly every great nation in the world today, including the US, had gone through a period of astounding corruption similar to that in which Nigeria has and with determination, proper planning and action by those whom care most about the nation, in time, lead to a change for the better..

The man is not even worried about his own safety but more concerned about the safety of the common man. Nothing will happen to him, because he is under the shadow of the almighty... This guy has returned back over two hundred billion naira of stolen money
