Laura and Barbara Bush were recently in Ghana promoting abstinence, while back in the States the twins were caught promoting and handing out condoms at a party. Ironic eh?

Let's set the scene. It's last Saturday night in Washington, D.C. at the brand new Play Lounge. The theme for the evening? "Broken Resolutions," a celebration of vice. In case you needed a little help breaking a resolution, cigarette girls--yeah, they haven't completely gone out of style apparently--were passing out smokes, chocolate and condoms.
