Teacher called student the "N" - Word

Okay I stole this from the other website NIA but stll find this somehow interesting. Am not in support of what the guy did but he said something that made me think otherwise.

I have some questions to this anyways :

Why is it okay for a black guy to call his fellow guy ***** while a white dude says that and gets his *** kicked for it?? I do not get it. Does it not have the same meaning no matter how you spell it : *****, ****** - whatever??

What do you think about this and how do you think such kind of teacher should be punished??
