Dr. Beko Ransome Kuti is dead!
Nigeria's foremost pro-democracy and human rights activist Dr. Beko Ransome Kuti (brother of Fela Anikulapo- Kuti) died yesterday in Lagos at 11:30 pm. He was 65 years old!
No further information is available on the cause(s) of death, please stay tuned for the full story...

Hob nobs! Beko was never minister for health, he's was a human rights activist. It was his elder brother Olikoye Ransome-kuti who was health minister. Olikoye died in 2004.
