First he tries to sale off his nations most strategic ports to the government of an Arab nation in which has been proven beyond reasonable doubt to be involved in aiding the events of 9-11 and other terrorist activities, including the shipment of nuclear material to Iran; now he's attempting to sale India US nuclear secrets.

India is not an stable Allie of the US, their location and history of policies toward the US are as shaky as an Earthquake, not to mention that this aid could cause Pakistan to do an about face on their nuclear stand and attempt to increase their nuclear potency via Chinese or Russian counter interaction... thus sparking off greater potential for nuclear holocaust in the Asian Sub-Continent.

How in the hell are you gonna nuclearly aid India, Pakistan's enemy, while at the same time encourage Pakistan to allow you to continue fighting the "war on terrorism" from their property?
