Post Hugo Chavez refers Bush as "The Devil."

United Nations, President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, in his speech to the General Assembly, called President George W. Bush the devil. He said the devil was here yesterday, referring to Bush. He said UN should have called psychiatric for Bush. "Bush was talking like he owned the world. That U. N. should not allow U. S. system of domination. U. S. habor all the terrorists in the world. Bush is spokesman for imperialism. An imperialist sees extremist everywhere."

Personally, I think that Hugo Chavez was testing President Bush's democracy. This was free speech in practice.

Can Nigerian President tolerate this kind of speech?
