He couldn't because my aunt had planned it so well ..... before it happened she made sure she had her father stationed in the house and within that same period she got married to someone else

The lady as we speak didn't even make any effort to divorce the stupid man all in the name of the so called love she still had for the man and also in an attempt to keep the man's family members from getting on her case.

Hiiiiiiiiiissssssssssssss, what a pity
But my diar men do it all the time ...they trade off the wife of their youth with a new younger woman .... infact one thing I like about Yoruba and Hausa peeps ... they will just keep and maintain the wife and marry a younger wife to add to the harem instead of disposing the Senior wife off patapata.

I was reading one Naija magazine that featured Nigerian nurses association ...almost all the women were divorcees ...enjoying the American dream as single women with kids. The men they left behind are just there wishing they didnt import the women from Nigeria in the first place.

Any home where the man is not the "HEAD" is bound to scatter.
Im sorry Haba but i disagree there are many successful ambitious men who are or were in succesful marraiges and they are doing just fine take the late Pastor Bimbo and her husband Pastor Taiwo...God blessed their marriage till her untimely demise and he is still working wonders with her family.

The man was senile (im sorry to use a harsh word)....she had kids you dont kill a woman because you fear she's going to take half and then blame it on her success it contradicts it self

Im not concerned with women of faith not sustaining their marraiges...the topic at hand is a woman was murdered, she was a mother and now the children are motherless

She has a good support system. Unfortunately, alot of women do not and what we find is that alot of men who have abusive tendencies tend to gravitate towards women who do not have that support. Kudos to your aunty and also your family that stood by her in making her decision. I know it made it easier for her.
