Well if the judge allows it then I suppose it is ok to view in the US but I am now sure about other countries, like the UK for instance.
Scotland yard willl be on your ass with a quickness and one may even be required to register on the Sex Offenders register for viewing child pornography so those based in the Uk beware.

At 13, she is under age therefore she is not allowed to consent to sex and any adult who partakes in sex with a minor should be held accountable as they should be aware of the law.

I saw the tape years ago, and R kelly sets the camera's up himself....  sick bastard!!..He has a serious thing for girls ages 12-16...the younger the better.
