A Classic President Bill Clinton reaction.  She took this one right out of the Clinton Library!  Remember, her husband would shed tears in reponse to someone losing their puppy or to a child who is over weight, and the public loved it.

Since some people see her as a woman with a stiff upper lip, they must have done some research, and discovered that she needed to be more feminine (but not a feminist) in delivering her speeches.
