This makossa, Ndombolo, mapouka stuff, is really getting me confused. What is really the difference between them? Except that mapouka dance contains more nudity. I also know of kwasa kwasa, from Niger republic, but it said in some quarters that it originates from Cameroun. Are these names the music, the dance or both combined?

Here we go again.
What about Zoblazo, isn't it an Ivorian dance?

There's also Coupe Decale which was inspired by the late Doug Saga.

Makossa is the national dance of Cameroun
Ndombolo is from Congo Khinshasha
Mapouka is from Ivory Coast
Kwasa kwasa originated from Congo by late pepe kale. you dance using your hands only. while makossa and ndombolo is your belly and behind

Then this link from the BBC must be incorrect.
"Zoblazo is the name of the cosmopolitan dance music style from Abidjan".
BBC - Africa On Your Street - Cd Reviews - Meiway - Golgotha (800% Zoblazo)

I've heard of Daddy Shkey and seen his clips, but I've never heard of "Galala" before.
