WASHINGTON (AP) — A photograph circulating on the Internet of Democratic Sen. Barack Obama dressed in traditional local garments during a visit to Kenya in 2006 is causing a dustup in the presidential campaign over what constitutes a smear.

The Associated Press photograph portrays Obama wearing a white turban and a wraparound white robe presented to him by elders in Wajir, in northeastern Kenya. Obama's estranged late father was Kenyan and Obama visited the country in 2006, attracting thousands of well-wishers.

The gossip and news Web site The Drudge Report posted the photograph Monday and said it was being circulated by "Clinton staffers" and quoted an e-mail from an unidentified campaign aide. Drudge did not include proof of the e-mail in the report.

this election has showed Hillary’s true colors (no pun intended). She thought this election would be a shoe in for her, and now she see’s she actually has to work for this. And she is the one who broke the truss between her and Obama with the talking sideways and greasy for the last two weeks, cause she’s slipped and can’t get up. lol….the short of it is, i had more respect for her as a woman before she started campaigning. They say adversity brings out the true you, and i don’t like her true self. She’s a cry baby, i don’t think her actions in the past weeks have anything to do with her fighting to stay in the game. I think this is her true personality, and it’s disappointing. Hilary scares me now, smile in ya face but hypocritically fake as hell, now i know why bill seeked solace in another woman outside. One minute you say "I am priviledge to stand on the same platform blah blah" and in less than 48 you stand on public platform shouting "Shame on you Obama, MEET me in ohio" -how hypocritical is that??

The whole world is watching. her tone and composure, reminds me of a defensive angry black woman on some crazy reality show (opps i mean "white woman ). Tone it down - and compose ya self, the pressure on you looks evident and you were not suppose to make them see that.

i still dont trust them republicans though, i know they FEAR Hillary as they believe she is truly the candidate to contend with. Once they eliminate her, they’ll consider Obama to be small change, and then the REAL dirty games will begin. I hope they dont steal the votes again November.
