Cool Nigerian Millionaire Evicted in D.C.

WASHINGTON
-- The owner of a multimillion-dollar home on Foxhall Road in northwest D.C. was evicted on Monday.

The homeowner, Oladipo Aina, is a Nigerian-born CEO of a company called "The Potentional Millionaires Investment Club International." His business card says he is a foreclosure specialist.

Workers emptied the contents of the five-bedroom, 5,000-square foot home onto the sidewalk Monday.

The foreclosure tsunami is hitting the US bit time. This guy is no different from others in the US who took loans that were not fixed, and could not pay the rising costs. This has nothing to do with 419. He decided to walk away from the house, rather than pay the rising mortgage. Many people do that in the US. I have a neighbor who also walked away from his house, and we are dealing with cutting his grass in the front of the house, so that the neighborhood continues to looks nice. Don't beat yourselves up so hard as Nigerians in this case.

You make one good point.. You said your neighbor walk away from the house... This arrogant man think the eviction is a hoax, that is the ridiculous part of him being a Naija... I have no doubt he's a 419, they gonna investigate his millionaire broke ass and soon we will know all about his messy deals. I know McLean is a rich neighborhood but I wonder if I ever see 8million house in that area.
How legit is his Millionaire club we will soon know...

Yup!!! LOL, I saw that too... Old wretched thing.. I wonder if he has family, friends or associates around... I mean is that a day for suit or to be bragging about international assets on national TV? If he really got the money and intelligent, didn't he suppose to just call a mover to put those crap of his in a storage and take the foreclosure people to court if they did something wrong!
