The ICC-international criminal court(War crime tribunal)-indicted the Sudanese president for genocide and we are waiting for a decision of the security council to either endorse an arrest warrant or freeze the investigation
Either way,this would spell trouble for the already troubled area.Bashir would join ranks with Slobadan Milosevic and Charles Taylor as seating heads of states that got indicted by the court in Hague Neatherlands.
