They may be local stars around, but the British High Commision in Nigeria is clearly not impressed with their resume. Sunny Neji and Ruggedman are among the A-list musicians in Nigeria. But to the British High Commission, they are just ordinary fellas who deserve no star treatment at all.
The news still roiling the entertainment industry is the denial of visa by the British High Commission to the pair. They were due for a performance in London, and both had gone to their office hoping for a smooth passage.
But it turned out not to be so. Sunny Neji and Ruggedman must have thought that they were super stars when invitations were extended to them for the annual summer Intro Jam in London. In preparation, they planned to thrill their fans there.
that's one problem i have with dem naija tickets and all. they already sold out tickets when it's not even certain that the artistes were gonna come in.
