As for me, I've always supported Ghana at the African Nations cup and I don't see any reason to change.
Paj, Kolinzo, Pete and all other Nigerians, I wish you guys a very bad game and a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Ghana.

That's all you'll do - mere wishing! We'll be celebrating our victory while you keep wishing.

Abedi Pele was a young player and he was in the 1982 Nations cup winning team.

Have you forgotten that the game wasn't fair? Ghana should have won that Nations cup.

Yeah right, with a team that always has the tendency to self destruct.

The Ivorians have also named their team and I must say that the rest of Africa will have to work very hard to stop them from becoming champions. They're just awesome. I still hope somebody will knock them out so that Ghana will win the ANC.

I've always respected Nigeria's attacking options. No team and I repeat no team in Africa can match Nigeria when it comes to strikers. But they have weaknesses in the midfield and defence. Therefore, they can be beaten.
If Nigeria loose to Ghana's already depleted squad, it will be very disgraceful. Ghana might not have as good a strike-force as Nigeria, but they're very good in midfield and defence. Nigeria will have to be weary of Ghana.

./..dude.....If I werent Nigerian I'd be very very afraid of this strikeforce!However...the midfield I think is good enuff..the defence has a couple of questionable options there......Lawal should not have grabbed a shirt ahead of Onyekach Apam(U-21 WYC and will be going to Lens) and I'm not fond of Enarkhahire(Olajengbesi is injured of Enark would not have smelled the squad)...but..heck..we have Yobo,TT,Ordiah(World Class defenders) and Nwanneri who plays for the top club team in Africa now...I think after the Nations Cup though...lawal and enerkhahire will phase out for Apam and Adeleye(another U-21 ) to come in....
...btw..watch out for John Mikel Obi...

Ghana have a better midfield and defence than Nigeria. They conceded very few goals during the qualifier and now that Kuffour is back, they're even stronger at the back.
PS: Ivory Coast's strike-force is second to Nigeria. They have Drogba, Aruna Dindane, Aruna Kone, Bakari. Those guys are very good and I usually watch them scoring goals.

.....the question U have to ask yourself while saying Ghana conceded few goals is:Has Ghana's defence faced a strikeforce like Nigeria? Remember...Nigeria @ the last ANC had a weaker defence than the one we have today and we got to the semifinal...
