I was like , What the pelewele is kelewele, until I went to congocookbook.com and realised that is good old seasoned fried plaintan. I may just throw down a few slices too. Why not. We eat that while the gringos will eat Nachos and cheese.
In fact gonna make me some fritters. I been eating healthy, surely I can splurge today

Lucky you cyndi...too bad some of us are @ work o. i just saw this prediction for today's match and it got me cracking up. well, let us pray that it happens.

**************************************************
Ghana will put the ball into the net of the U.S. side three times in this game. One of those scores may be disallowed. The U.S. side will not get the ball into our net more than once, if at all. A penalty against us is something we should look out for, especially in the second half, as the U.S. will be banking on it.

The last five minutes of the game, including stoppage time, will be super tense, and a red card or two is likely. In the end, the best side--the Ghana side--will win, and a few Ghanaians, though not any player, will wave the U.S. flag in celebration. Our Government (Peace be unto their name) will later apologize to the Taliban, al-Qaeda, Cuba, North Korea, Iran and Venezuela. Hugo Chavez will send us free oil for 3 months in return for the apology, and North Korea and Iran will promise to help us rehabilitate the Kwabenya nuclear reactor that only dries cassava. Osafo Marfo will take credit for the Ghana victory, to the utter annoyance of some. Paintsil will be given a hero's welcome when he returns to his host country. Ghana will apologize again and there will be calls on the Web for Painstil to be stripped of his Ghanaian citizenship. Bush will summon our President to the Whiteman's House in Washington, DC and ask the President to explain "all this nonsense or risk losing the MCA funds." Our President will beg for forgiveness. Bush will ask him to go and sin no more. Ghanaians will celebrate with a national holiday.

-Man of the Match: Amoah

I never knew you were such a tough football fun. With Sule Montari and Gyan out of this match i pray we get better substitute for these two. I wish them all the best.

When I was growing up in Ghana, my nickname then was "straight"..come to roman ridge and ask for me by that name and they will led you to my home...i prefered being the goal keeper. I knew all the tricks. My dad had to stop me from wearing trousers as he decided that it was time for me to realize that I was a girl and not a boy
