Dude, I'm actually giving you the advantage. If the game ends in a score draw or if Arsenal win, you'll win the bet because Arsenal will progress to the knockout stages. I can only win the bet if Milan win (even on penalties).
In other words, the winner will be decided by which team progress to the next round. It's as simple as that.

But Proudly is yet to confirm the bet.
I usually support Arsenal when (and only when ) they play against European opposition, but Proudly is being too confident. Deep down, I know the task that awaits them at the San Siro is too great for them.
