Robin van Persie bagged a brace as Arsenal began their Austria tour with a 3-0 win over Turkish outfit Genclerbirligi.
The Dutch striker, who missed the end of last season with a foot injury, netted on the stroke of half-time to give The Gunners the lead.
Following a less than impressive 45 minutes of action Theo Walcott created space on the right before crossing for van Persie to break the deadlock.
After half-time Walcott doubled Arsenal's advantage with a fine finish before van Persie added a second on 65 minutes to complete the win.
The friendly also marked the debuts of summer signings Bacary Sagna and Eduardo.
