The first round of matches were concluded yesterday with Man Utd playing a disappointing 0-0 draw wit Reading who had 10 men for most of the game.Arsenal won Fulham 2-1,Chelsea won Birmingham 3-2,Newcastle beat Bolton 3-1,Portsmouth drew 2-2 with Derby,Man city beat West ham 2-0,Blackburn beat Boro 2-1,Liverpool won 2-1 against Aston Villa,Everton beat Wigan 2-1 and Sunderland stunned Spurs 1-0!
