He was indeed a brilliant coach. Nigeria's under 17 will definitely feel the impact of his death. A great man indeed.

..May his soul rest in perfect peace.He'd been battling it way before the Under-17 world cup...that he even fell sick for while during a mini competition in Asia..but fought hard to ensure that he led the boys and Nigeria to glory infront of the world...and I'll be one of those to admit that I was one of those in a billion to enjoy and savour the fruits of his endeavors as we all clamored around our little tv sets @ 3am in the morning on weekdays to watch the Nigerian team play beautiful football....I'm not in the deep fray of Nigerian football so this year will the first I get to hear about him,but reading a bit about him he'd been more of a mentor in the background,quietly 'schooling' a lot of Nigerian coaches in the beautiful game of football,but this year decided to practise what he preached and he demonstrated his instructions to perfection...I got to really respect his work in the little time I 'knew' him....well...it may seem unfair but...the Lord giveth..the Lord taketh..
