Nigeria vs Benin:It's all about permutations!

Nigeria's inability to score a goal with just a point to show after two matches have ensured that they go into the last game tonight against Benin with qualification in the balance. The Super Eagles must win the game against the Squirrels by at least two goals to even stand a chance of moving on.But the permutation is not mutually exclusive of the game between Ivory Coast who have already qualified and might field a weakened side against Mali who have four points.Nigeria's hugely intimidating attack line have not come up with a single goal and it is let to be seen whether they will live up to their talent and push Nigeria to the next round.

Well,I hope it all goes in favour of Nigeria cos as it stands now,am a bit bored watching the matches already.I wonder what it will be like with Nigeria eliminated.I'll go for this line-up:

Ejide

Nwaneri Yobo Shittu Taiwo

Utaka Mikel Etuhu Osaze

Nsofor Uche

...U're making the same mistake BV is making...field FOUR strikers and pretending two of them are midfielders.....Osaze and Utaka are NO midfielders...they've been repeatedly weak in those positions...
EJide(not my favorite but....)

Apam Yobo Shittu Taiwo

Etuhu Mikel Olofinjana

Osaze Martins Nsofor

Pa
I'm only using three mids because Okonkwo is a wastepipe...I'd have preferred four mids and two strikers...with Obi being behind the two strikers and infront of the other three mids..the mids provide the coverage for the defence when the wingbacks move forward...but alas, there's no right wingback cause Apam is better than Nwanneri but he's naturally a cd...

Then I expect the Eagles to be kicked out of their hotel with immediate effect.
Of cos I also expect Paj and Kolinzo to go into hiding.

Isn't that sad that its not in Oxford? did you try webster too

Permutation is a complete change in character or condition.
The act of changing the lineal order of objects in a group. As you can see, the boys here are trying to re-arrange the players on the field so Nigeria can have a chance.

Here's how Nigeria's fate was sealed at the Nations cup. Drogba was having a conversation with his Malian wife ont he phone.

Diakite: Hey darling, how's your tournament so far?

Drogba: Not bad, I've just scored my first goal if the tournament.

Diakite: That's my baby. Now about this Mali game.

Drogba: What about it???

Diakite: Come on honey! You know what I'm talking about.

Drogba: But the whole world's watching.

Diakite: So are the Malians. Listen honey, I'm from Mali and I'm sure you're aware that the entire Mali is expecting a favour from us. Think about it! Your kids are also half Malian and I wouldn't want to be responsible for marrying the man that delibrately ruined the chances of millions of Malians, even though the game was of no importance to him. You better get your act together. I even got a call from the Malian president.

Drogba: Oh yeah? Haven't seen in him since 2006.

Diakite: Yes!! He called in relation to this issue and he expects a daughter of Mali to come to the aid of her people. You know a draw won't hurt anyone, so why not just do the right thing.

Drogba: The right thing will be to play a fair game.

Diakite: And kiss your wife goodbye. You better get your act together.

Drogba: Sorry darling, was just kidding. I'll see what I can do.

Diakite: That's my baby. You know you've never regreted marrying a Malian and I can assure you you won't regret it.

Drogba: Alright baby. Got to go now. We're having a team meeting 4 hours before the game. Tell his excellency not to worry. I'll see what I can do. Love you darling.

Diakite: Love you too baby. Wish you all the best, if you know what I mean.

Drogba: I do baby. I won't let you down. Bye.
