Clichy this season has been better than Ashley cole and when you disrespect the refs, i doubt you should be rep for team of the seaon. Essien better than Gerrard. You are clearly a Chelsea fan cause only one clouded with blue smoke would not see Gerrard has been better than Essien this season. Linking up with Torres so well on his first season to score so many goals.

I would make 3 changes if I was selecting that team.

Clichy should make way for Evra.
Vidic should make way for Carvalho.
Gerrard should make way for Essien.


Evra, Carvalho and Essien have all had a great season, and should definitely be in the team.

But Essien has had a very good season. Gerrard plays in a position where he's bound to score goals, while Essien has been used as RB, DM etc.

Really,apart from any other sentiments,I think Clichy has been better than Cole this season.His blistering pace down that left side is amazing and he defends better.The only problem I think I have in that team is Gerrard.It should have been Essien or Mascherano!
